Shipping times
I carefully wrap and pack each order and ship them within 1-3 working days.
Packages will be sent via DHL parcel. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery.
You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 business days (The Netherlands) or 3-5 business days (Belgium), once shipped.
Damage
I take great care in packaging the ceramics as safely as possible. In case the goods arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hrs after receiving.
Returns
It is important for me that you are happy with the items you ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know within 7 working days after receiving your order by sending an email to hello@daybydayillustrations.nl. I will then send you information on how to return your order. Please note that the shipping costs for refunding are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. I am not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. In that case can’t refund the money to you.
